Flight pickup and service very great For just one night I think enough even Amenities very old

it is a good place to stay; it is very convenient, near the airport, a 3-5 minutes drive away, some tourist attraction like Pioneer park, pikes ice bridge, and Fred Meyer. the hotel is very clean, they have free coffee at the front. but there is no housekeeping. they didn't clean our room for 3 days, so i assumed they didn't have a housekeeping daily. the staff was very friendly, except for the lady with the blue/red highlights on her hair; she was mean to my daughter.

Very clean hotel and the staff was very attentive and helpful. I would recommend this place to others.

1. Extremely small rooms. 2. Shower fixtures about to fall out of wall, empty containers of shampoo and body wash. 3. Room smelled of mildew and ac was so loud it sounded like it was on verge of blowing up. 4. Probably worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Really subpar. And to top it all off, only like one pair of tongs so guests were just grabbing whatever with their hands.

Kitchen staff worked hard and was friendly to all who dined. The facility was needing a weekend cleaning staff. Downstairs bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. My room was under attended. No facial tissues, or kitchen items, but the room was clean.
