I am very dissatisfied with this hotel.
We had a reservation for a triple room, but upon arrival we were given a double room and an unmade sofa.
After we complained, a hotel employee brought us bedding, saying that the housekeeper was no longer available and that we should unfold the sofa and make the bed ourselves.
After another complaint, a different employee finally came and prepared the third sleeping place — the whole process took more than an hour at night, when you want to sleep, not solve hotel’s problems.
Unfortunately, there was another issue with breakfast.
It wouldn’t be a problem if at 10:00, when breakfast officially ends, staff cleared all the buffet. The real problem is when at 10:05 an employee tells you that they have rented the restaurant to someone else and you have to finish eating in five minutes and leave. I haven’t seen this anywhere before!
Final verdict: unprofessional behavior of staff members, unhelpful attitude, arrogance, and all that for a lot of money.
Avoid this hotel if you can.
