Holiday Inn Express SOUTH BURLINGTON - DOWNTOWN by IHG

Clean room, good hot breakfast, location near by good burger restaurants, like it.

We were visiting the University of Vermont, which is 7 min away by car. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and check-in and check-out were speedy. Behind the hotel is a supermarket and a Walgreens. A McDonalds and other restaurants very close. I would recommend it anytime.

Room was spacious and felt well maintained Breakfast was good One issue I had during my stay was at least twice someone tried to enter my room without knocking and the door was stopped by the door latch. I assume it was hotel staff as the door was opened without my 2 access cards. But no knocking or calling of room service before the door was opened and by the time i went to open the door, no one was outside Felt strange Reported the first encounter to the front desk but still it happened a second time

Hotel was very nice, our room was super clean and spacious. Hotel was very convenient to getting downtown and going shopping and to restaurants. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was delicious.

Room was very clean upon arrival, but due to the lack of English speaking housekeeping staff our room was not cleaned on the second day when we requested. Also one of our two rooms was left ajar by them after leaving towels. We found this after returning at 8pm! Lastly, the elevator was often out of service without any signage and a few people in our party were stuck on the stalled elevator. We enjoyed the coffee and breakfast each day. I would suggest having a gluten free option. Front desk was very helpful when needed!

The breakfast was great. From the cleanliness to the layout, the excellent coffee and quality of the food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Very close to the island line bike trail ( excellent) the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were very clean and quiet surroundings. The bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with everything we needed very happy with our stay.

Great hotel for the price. They’re turning the outdoor pool into a patio, and they’ve removed the in-room coffee makers (both still advertised on their IHG website), but great location and nice staff plus good breakfast!
