Provides shuttle services to Karuizawa Station (which is also where the factory outlet is). Super good service, all the staff members are so welcoming, nice and helpful, and they bid the guests goodbye the traditional Japanese way when we leave, such a warm touch. Very good breakfast with a super nice view. Rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable.

東京人太多而且這次來覺得東京變臟了，去淺草jr 站的路上好多垃圾，直接坐新幹線一個小時到輕井澤，下車就看到羣山環抱，草木茂盛，輕井澤南口下來直接去王子酒店休息室，淺間王子的交通車在出租車這邊，其他王子的在歐舒丹門口。車程十分鐘，沒有公共交通。淺間王子在王子系列價格最低，定的標間基礎房在一樓，大堂在二樓，好一點在二樓更好的在三樓，房間寫30至36平方米，我的這間最多30沒有圖片上看起來大，房間打掃得很乾凈，維護得很好做過一些翻新，沒有破舊的感覺，在山上非常安靜，打高爾夫球的人力薦，旁邊就是球場，經營良好。淺間王子體量較小衹有一間餐廳，因周邊沒有商業訂的含餐的，晚餐是西式套餐，味道非常好，套餐主菜建議升級，基礎版的是魚肉和豬肉，基礎款肉質差，最大問題是5道菜吃了二個小時，很多桌都在等菜，比起來萬平的晚餐要好得多，節奏行雲流水．早餐自助，品質一般，種類少．王子這個品牌住了鎌倉王子後很少定，那間酒店又舊又臟。輕井澤淺間王子的經營水平一般，不如價格比它低的中禪寺湖金谷。那裡有茶水吧，晚餐品質服務都超出預期。另外酒店温泉有些日本人的行為太不得體了，一是看到兩次日本老頭坐沒坐樣，光腳搭在另一個椅子上更過分的在椅子上蹭來蹭去，是有腳氣癢嗎？太讓人噁心！第二天早上去兩女的帶一個小男孩，小男孩個子不小了，有四、五歲的樣子，我震驚了，泡了很多個日本温泉了，第一次見小男孩泡女池，這麼大都記事了，真的好嗎？並且他在池裡撲騰，又很吵鬧，不是説靜默泡温泉嗎？總體除非價格非常便宜，否則不推薦，比起來萬平，Fufu是值這個價的。

房間的衞生收拾的很乾凈，迎送客人的大叔很熱情友好，晚歺我們吃的是法歺套歺味道也不錯哦！
早歺有日式和西式的自助歺味道和種類也不錯！
另外挺有意思的是去温泉大浴埸時還可以乘一小段軌道🛤車，温泉的水是天然温泉水，一邊看遠處山景，一邊泡澡很享受哦！
是一個值得去度假休息的好去處！

整體體驗非常好，雖然內裝看得出來有些陳舊，但很乾淨，景緻漂亮舒服，空間明亮寬敞，搭纜車泡湯是不錯的體驗，且衛浴設備、備品充足，早晨還能自己磨一杯咖啡，超讚。雖然位置較偏遠，但有提供定時接駁車，班次也算多，其實也是相當便利，推薦，有機會會想再住並體驗餐飲服務

酒店環境太好啦，從房間望出去好美，酒店有免費纜車到達温泉，還有高爾夫。在酒店吃的早餐晚餐都很美味。值得一提的是酒店服務人員素質很好～
