Lynnaya Urban River Resort

The hotel itself is quite nice, and the overall service is good. However, the male front desk staff on the day of check-in was a bit clueless. The hotel was less than half-full, yet he initially assigned us to a room at the very end of the hall which was also noisy. We only got a different room after we complained. I have no idea what he was thinking. The downsides are poor soundproofing, all drinks in the mini-fridge are chargeable, and the massage is twice as expensive as outside while being very mediocre. The breakfast was unappetizing.

Stayed here for four days. **Facilities:** A pleasant surprise, especially the shower facilities. **Environment:** Absolutely fantastic, like a garden with a swimming pool. **Hygiene:** Excellent, with regular pest control. **Service:** Very enthusiastic. **Food & Beverage 10% Discount:** The restaurant is also great, whether for breakfast or main meals.

Extremely satisfied! First, a big thanks to Trip.com for their excellent service. If your budget is around 700, just book this hotel without hesitation – it's incredible value for money. The gardens are beautiful, and it's clear the staff meticulously maintain this lovely natural environment. The swimming pool is also very well-kept. Breakfast was delicious too! Overall, the staff were all great! Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time. The shower pressure was strong and very comfortable!

The room was very spacious, the service was excellent, breakfast was great, and the location was very convenient.

Fantastic experience overall! The only minor issue was the duvet feeling a bit damp, but that's likely due to the local weather. Everything else – the service, cleanliness, facilities, and price – was excellent.
