ANDAZ SEOUL GANGNAM

Andaz has become my go-to for stays in Seoul when I'm getting cosmetic treatments! This is my fourth time here. It's perfectly located for my needs; there's an Olive Young downstairs for easy shopping, and if it's not too hot, I can even walk to Milestone and the super delicious Cheongdam Sundubu (the main branch). If I had to pick out a couple of minor downsides, the rooms aren't huge, and the blackout curtains aren't the best. Also, the indicator lights on the wall switches are a bit too bright. However, the staff are always incredibly thoughtful and friendly. Last time I was here, the light made it really hard to sleep in the middle of the night, and the front desk staff came up to help me put tape over the lights – I was so grateful for that!

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside you'll find a shopping mall and a subway station. Turning left and walking about 100 meters, there's an Olive Young and a pharmacy, which is very convenient. It's also easy to get to Apgujeong from here. The room was clean and very comfortable! I'll definitely come again.

The room was clean and tidy. It was great that the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and there were welcome snacks too. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, and surprisingly, the best thing was the gimbap! They could definitely add more variety. The location is fantastic; it's a 5-minute walk to Hyundai Department Store, and trendy Cheongdam-dong brands are within walking distance. There's also a subway station right downstairs! Getting around is super convenient!

The room was very clean. There's a convenience store nearby, and it's close to a bank too. I didn't use the subway, but it seemed like a very convenient location.

I'd go again, it was pretty good. Very convenient and the reading materials were great. Everyone had a lot of fun.

Andaz Seoul Gangnam has an unbeatable location, super close to Apgujeong Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms are clean, spacious, and boast a stylish, tasteful design. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and both the pool and breakfast experience are excellent. It's my top choice when staying in Gangnam!

This hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Traveling with my mother, and not being proficient in English or Korean, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in assisting us.

The hotel offers a great variety of food choices. Its prime location makes getting around super convenient, with plenty of restaurants just downstairs, and a cinema, restaurants, and convenience stores only a short walk away. Breakfast was the highlight, and the complimentary snacks in the minibar were delicious – the front desk even gave us extra. A special shout-out to the room manager, Mr. Park, for his incredibly prompt service!
