Our stay in Santorini at Nobu Hotel was an absolute dream. The rooms are unique and lovely, food is exceptional, and can we talk about the amazing views?? The views are literally to die for. However, the top-of-the-line service matched the incredible views. The Nobu Hotel staff was TOP. They were not only prompt and on top of things, but went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, convenience, and to deliver us a memorable experience. My husband and I have stayed frequently at 5 star hotels when we travel, but (even with staying at highly-rated and expensive hotels) rarely do we get this type of service delivered with exceptional precision and care. They are such resourceful and kind staff members. And I hate to admit this next point because I’m normally not a sap, but when my husband and I were on the way to the airport from the hotel (to return home), I teared up / silently cried because I didn’t want to leave. The beauty of Santorini is unparalleled (especially with the views from Nobu), but even more touching was that Nobu Hotel’s staff made us feel truly special. A special shout out to Ana, Samer, Pretty, and Marina(a few of Nobu Hotel’s staff members that we connected with). When we come back to Santorini we will definitely be staying at Nobu again. It’s not by for ever. It’s simply bye for now. Highly recommend.
