Doorperson Xiao Peng demonstrated high energy and maintained professional grooming and posture throughout his shift. He was warm yet professional in greeting guests, followed instructions well, showed a strong sense of responsibility, and executed his duties with rigor and standard service protocols, reflecting excellent personal qualities. Highly commended.

We had a fantastic stay at Yuzhou Hotel this time! The rooms were clean, bright, and meticulously maintained; the facilities were fully functional and user-friendly, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were polite, prompt, and provided professional yet warm service that truly reflected state-guest-level care everywhere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chongqing!

Absolutely loved Yuzhou Hotel! The architectural style is grand and elegant, surrounded by lush green lawns, clear water, and birdsong. We even saw a few lawn weddings during our stay. The staff were all proactive in smiling, greeting us, opening car doors, and helping with luggage. Both the lobby and the rooms felt spacious, luxurious, and upscale. I especially loved the balcony in our room; it offered great views and visually extended the space. The room amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. The breakfast was a great mix of Chinese and Western options with a wide variety to choose from. Anyway, everything was incredibly satisfying, and we'll definitely be staying again to enjoy it all! 😊

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very easy to take a taxi to nearby attractions. The staff service is exceptional, and I especially loved the hotel's environment—the lawns and green spaces are amazing and super comfortable.

Staying at a state guesthouse really makes a difference. The environment is stunning, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the butler service is exceptional. I will definitely come back next time!

This is my second stay at this hotel in two years. The environment is great, quiet and comfortable. The shuttle service is very prompt. The breakfast is also good. Overall, the service is excellent. Highly recommended, I'll definitely come again.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and is very close to the high-speed train station. The Chongqing hotpot restaurant near the hotel entrance offers delicious food. From the room, you can see the Olympic Sports Center, making it a short walk to concert venues. The hotel staff are also very kind.

This was my second stay here, and coincidentally, both times were for Nicholas Tse's Mid-Autumn Festival concert. The hotel is incredibly close to the venue, which is a huge plus. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable for sleeping. I even arrived early enough to catch the rehearsal! The breakfast spread was quite generous, and the hotel offered several nice perks. One of the best was the fried rice – I requested it be delivered after the concert, and it arrived right on time, which was perfect for recharging. The only minor downside is the hair wash benefit; I didn't get to use it last year, nor this year, because it requires an appointment. I even thought to myself, 'Maybe I'll just skip washing my hair then!'

Yuzhou Hotel truly lives up to its reputation as Chongqing's state guesthouse. Tucked away amidst the bustling city, it's a large garden-style hotel with an incredibly beautiful environment. Every step reveals a new scenic view, offering a profound sense of tranquility. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. What left the deepest impression, however, was the service. From the cleaning staff to the butlers, everyone was incredibly warm and polite, responding quickly to any requests. Staying here truly provides peace of mind and reassurance.
