The Westin Bund Center Shanghai

The rooms were comfortable, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were all very warm and attentive. There was even a clown performance, which the kids absolutely loved. The clown did a great job interacting with every single child.

The service was excellent. They called me in advance to offer a room upgrade and added a complimentary breakfast as a member benefit. However, the facilities are a bit old. The room temperature was consistently high, so I had to keep the AC on to be comfortable. The Dyson hairdryer also overheated easily. The location is fantastic; you can walk to The Bund, Nanjing Road, and Yu Garden. Hotel parking is free, and my child enjoyed the swimming pool.

This well-established hotel offers excellent service across the board and is great value for money! A big thank you to Aria at the front desk for the complimentary room upgrade and extra bed, which made our stay incredibly comfortable ❤️

Back from my trip to Shanghai! It was a bit chilly, but the overall experience was good. I booked last minute and checked many hotels for a family room, and this was the only one that had availability. The price was a bit high due to the Chinese New Year.

This is my second time choosing The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai. The location is convenient and the service is excellent. During the Chinese New Year, the hotel had a wonderfully festive atmosphere.
