Overall, the hotel is in a good and convenient location, and the room is reasonably comfortable for the price. The drop-off point is along the roadside where stopping is not allowed, and there is no shelter. This can be inconvenient, especially when it is raining or when carrying large or heavy luggage. You also need to go up a few steps and walk through the shop lobby before taking the lift to the 8th-floor hotel lobby. Clearer directions or a more convenient luggage drop-off area would make the arrival experience easier. During check-in, it is advisable to double-check your booking details and confirm that you have been assigned the correct room to avoid any confusion. The noise level is good and the room is generally quiet, which makes it comfortable for resting. The shower is also a positive point — the water pressure is good and hot water is available almost immediately. However, the Wi-Fi connection could be improved. I had difficulty using WhatsApp and Facebook, so the internet connection was not very reliable for normal social media and messaging. Overall, considering the location and the facilities provided, I would say the hotel offers reasonable value for money. There are some areas that could be improved, particularly the arrival/check-in process and Wi-Fi, but the quiet environment and good shower facilities are definite positives.

We are a family of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 toddlers aged 3 and 4 years old). No complains about staying here. Love the amenities, especially free laundry (with detergent!)

The location is superb. The only thing is that it is undergoing renovation, so entrance and exit to the hotel has to be done via a Silver shop. I feel that once renovation is completed, all will be good.
