Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana All Inclusive

The place was lovely, the pool was in a great location, but above all, the food was delicious and there was everything!! 10/10

It's an almost 5-star hotel. The most positive thing is the super friendly staff, with that super cheerful vibe. The hotel's maintenance is super good, with only a few minor details like the public restrooms that require general maintenance, but not cleaning. The food is what I think could be improved a bit more, apart from the Toro restaurant, which was high quality. The food is good but not excellent. We visited all the restaurants and they were all good. I don't have anything negative about the hotel. The bad thing for us was the beach, which was impossible to swim in, with too many waves. Children can't even play on the shore, which is extremely dangerous. We even saw a person drowning, and thanks to the lifeguards, they were able to revive the person. The rooms are quite comfortable and large. If you're not interested in buying a property, don't agree to go to the point-based talk because you'll lose half your morning. And with the vendors on the beaches, you'll find better prices. But if you're just looking for a pool and nighttime entertainment with nightclubs, bars, and theaters, this is the perfect hotel. If you're just looking for the beach, this isn't the hotel for you, although you can find quiet beaches within a 20-minute walk along the shore.
