The room was much older and less clean than the photos suggested, and also quite cramped. The bedroom itself was spacious though. It was nice to have a large fridge and dishes, but there were no tissues in the room and only one roll of toilet paper, which was nearly empty. Amenities included toothbrushes, a comb, cotton swabs, a shower cap, and a razor. While there were toothbrushes for four people, there were only two bath towels and two hand towels. Room cleaning seemed to consist mostly of emptying the trash; the drains and floors weren't cleaned. We received a small bottle of water daily, but the water in the fridge was for purchase, though there was no price list so I don't know how much it cost. There were no instant noodles in the room initially, but they tried to charge us for them at checkout. There was no explanation given at check-in. Losing the key card costs 200,000 VND. While the surrounding area has convenience stores and restaurants, making it not inconvenient, this was not a good hotel.
