Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Old Saybrook - Westbrook

ROCK HARD BEDS, COULDN'T SLEEP, FILTHY, STAINED TOWELS, NO BLANKETS ON BEDS, RUN DOWN, TERRIBLE VALUE. They have let this place go to have more $$ in their pockets. So sad. I stayed 8.5 years ago and it was nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. The Ac unit worked well. I was able to get a good nights sleep. Although I didn't need to use them, there were plenty of shops nearby.

The room was ok but, overall the value was not very good relative to the price. The breakfast area was not poorly lit, the OJ was watered down, the coffee was ok. I didn’t even bother with the waffle maker. The lobby smelled moldy and damp.

The only thing they serve for continental breakfast are waffles and orange juice and coffee very disappointed

All good it met our expectations as a budget hotel. Large clean room bed was comfortable although the pillows were past it.

One and done Disappointed. Hotel was not clean, bathroom needed repairs/upgrades. Bed was comfortable but room had a foul smell.

2 stars I was in town for a funeral. I was hoping to have a quiet night's rest before traveling back home . The place was very noisy till 3:30 am. Sounded like a party with no end in sight! Not sufficient ventilation in room either. No windows to open. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet flying by and air conditioning was loud and needs cleaning. Dust blew out from vents. Not helpful for people with allergies. The staff was friendly but overall the bed, pillows & noise were a concern.

I believe they are just trying to cover up a old h My stay was good enough for what I needed it for I only sleep in the room, but the bed was awful every time I move the bed creeked and the bed was to small.The bed was suppose to be queen and it was full

the so-called breakfast was absolute minimum only thing available was make your own waffle
