Palazzo Nainer

The location is fantastic, making it convenient to go anywhere, and the room itself is very comfortable. The team who assisted me was incredibly welcoming and friendly – a big thumbs up! This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed in during my 20+ day trip in Europe.

This hotel near the Spanish Steps has an old-world charm, and it's right next to Piazza del Popolo. We noticed a significant difference in room sizes; the deluxe room was quite spacious. The breakfast was healthy enough. Waking up early and taking a stroll to the Spanish Steps for photos was also a great experience.

The location is fantastic, right outside is People's Square, and the Spanish Steps are just a few minutes away. It's incredibly convenient to get anywhere, and the metro station is not far either. All in all, the location is superb. The Canova restaurant right by the entrance is also quite good. Basically, aside from being a bit pricey, there are no other complaints. The hotel staff were also quite good, proactive and enthusiastic; anything we requested was brought over quickly. The restaurant staff were equally friendly. It's definitely a recommended hotel.

I felt the service was simply amazing! The room was also fantastic with a lovely interior design. The window provided great ventilation, and the wardrobe was huge. We stayed for two days, and Roberto at the front desk was just incredible! His service was top-notch. He helped us book tickets and arrange transportation, and handled our luggage the whole way. Plus, while others quoted over 200 euros for the car service, he got it for us for 190 euros!

A bit pricey, location and transport are okay. The room is small, but the bathroom is large. The bed is uncomfortable, too soft.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the old town, next to People's Square and about 500-600 meters from Plaza de España. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, including many delicious restaurants. The Plaza de España fountain and the Pantheon are also within walking distance. The breakfast was small and exquisite, which I found quite good. The service was excellent; the bellhops and housekeepers were superb.

We stayed in room 108, which was the only room on that floor, so it was very quiet. Most of the rooms in the hotel face the street, which is a bit noisy. The room facilities are very good, and the whole family praised the bed sheets and quilt covers, and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries smelled good, which the whole family liked. The service was very friendly and the breakfast was rich. The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and next to the subway, and we were very satisfied with our trip to Rome.
