The building looks majestic from the outside. The inside however is quite aged at some points. Broken things, a bit of mould etc. However the food and the staff is brilliant. Also the first place where I saw an IKEA Lack table being used in a hotel guestroom… From what I read they are renovating, but this will take a while…

The lounge and other perks were excellent. The room was perfectly fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep. You could see the Zao mountain range clearly from the window.

Very nice hotel with very good room condition as showned in photo. Also good benefits to travelers are snack & beverage in lounge. Nice onsen. Breakfast also is good varieties and taste good. Free parking also. I would recommemded this hotel to others Only minus is the location is isolated to shops and restaurants with no walking distance.

This is the first time I've ever booked a Japanese-style room and had to make my own bed! I had to move everything out of the way just to lay it out. Other facilities were pretty good, though a bit dated. Overall, it was a reasonable price.

The hotel here has spacious rooms with Japanese futons to sleep on. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff provides good explanations. The onsen here is very large and has many pools. The lounge provides clean services twice a day. In the evening, there is unlimited wine, beer, and snacks. Breakfast is good, with a wide selection and delicious. The room was spacious, with two double sofas, a small table, and two armchairs, well-equipped. Natural water is available at the elevator entrance on each floor, which is very convenient. It's probably an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but for the price, it's definitely worth it.

The rooms were a bit old, but the hot springs were decent, and the price was good. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also quite nice. There's a late-night bar, but we don't drink so we couldn't really enjoy it. It would have been even better if it stayed open until 11 PM.
