Even if rooms are available, you can still pay to check in early. We arrived at 6 AM, and thankfully, we were able to check in early and get some much-needed rest. Overall, it's a standard high-end Intercontinental business hotel with an impeccable location, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food in the city center. The room is spacious. The breakfast selection is decent, leaning towards simple, mainly English breakfast, and you need to proactively ask the server for coffee. The location, soundproofing, and views are outstanding, making it very suitable for someone who has just arrived.

Conveniently located near Queen Street, making it super easy to get around. The hotel's facilities and services are absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Auckland.

The location is super convenient with easy access to transportation and complete facilities. There's a bit of an uphill walk, which can be tiring if you're pulling luggage. There are many shops nearby, and Queen Street is right downstairs with plenty of dining options.

Pretty good! The kiwi fruit at the hotel breakfast was excellent quality, you can eat a lot of it. The location is very close to Sky Tower, about a 5-minute walk, and there are many restaurants nearby.

I made a last-minute decision to switch to this hotel, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was decent with a nice view of the Sky Tower. The overall ambiance was very pleasant. My only minor issue was that I requested 6 hangers, but for some reason, they were never delivered.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs. My room even had a sea view and a view of Sky Tower! It's small but very practical. I could work out every day, and there's a laundry room downstairs. The breakfast and coffee were delicious too! Most importantly, the staff were all so enthusiastic and cheerful; they really brightened my day every time. It's great value for money, the price is reasonable, and it's very clean! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Auckland! I already miss the staff here!

I booked a Sky Tower view room, and it was spacious with a good city view. The location is excellent; just a few steps to the left and you're on Queen Street for shopping. Turn right and you're at the waterfront, where you can catch a boat from the harbor.

The breakfast is definitely a highlight! They have a great selection of coffees and you can order various items à la carte from the menu on the tables, not just the buffet options. The restaurant service was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located on a slope, which can make it a bit difficult if you're pulling luggage. The chocolate chip cookies at the front desk are incredibly delicious! The front desk service was excellent, and the room was great too. My only complaint is that the deposit hasn't been refunded yet. Also, housekeeping didn't replenish the milk on the second day. Parking here is a bit expensive, so I rented a car from Hertz next to Sky Tower; a hatchback with full insurance was only around 500 for the day. My deposit was refunded instantly upon checkout. Renting a car from Sky Tower saves on parking fees. I would definitely stay here again next time.
