True Siam Rangnam Hotel

This place in Bangkok offers excellent value for money. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest MRT station. It's tucked away in an alley, so you have to walk a few minutes to the left or right to get out. There's a 7-Eleven just a three to four-minute walk away, plus some food stalls and a night market, which is super convenient. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the station. Given the great value, cleanliness, and good service, I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is less than a kilometer from the Airport Rail Link and Green Line BTS, about a ten-minute walk. They offer a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the station on the hour, which was very convenient when leaving. The hotel building itself has a very traditional Thai style, which is quite unique and thoughtfully decorated. The rooms are simply furnished but relatively spacious, and the soundproofing is good. Perhaps because it's located in an alley, it was very quiet at night. The shower only has a large rain showerhead, no handheld option. The breakfast is a simple buffet, which was sufficient for us, and it had slight variations daily. The food tasted good. One end of the alley leads to a main road with a Lawson convenience store, and the other end is a smaller alley with several 7-Elevens and some stalls where you can get stir-fried noodles and buy fruit. There's a small pool on the sixth floor. The water looked clean, and there's a shower nearby. They also provide free swimming rings, which is plenty for kids to enjoy.
