The staff were all really friendly, including the cleaning lady! The room size was just right, very comfortable for two people, and the air conditioning was super quiet at night with very responsive temperature control. We stayed for 4 days. We arrived late on the first night and tried the frog dish recommended by the lovely lady at the front desk – it was delicious, haha! My husband said the breakfast was very rich and tasty 😋 I could never wake up early enough for it.

The hotel is conveniently located near Chunxi Road, making it easy to get around. Kuanzhai Alley and People's Park are nearby, just a few subway stops away, or a five to six-minute walk to the station. The front desk service was excellent, and the concierge offered great recommendations for local food and attractions. Any room requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast featured some Chengdu specialties, as well as some German options, which kids would especially enjoy. The room hygiene was also exceptional.

Facilities: The room, opened last year, boasts a simple yet elegant decor. Cleanliness: Everything is spotless, and even the hard-to-reach areas are perfectly clean. Service: The front desk staff are all excellent and very thoughtful. Currently, guests can also try DIY painted fans, which is a fantastic experience. Breakfast is also plentiful and served buffet-style. The mini-bar drinks are all complimentary. I look forward to staying again!

Whenever I visit Chengdu, my first choice is always a Ji Hotel under the Huazhu Group, especially since this is a new brand. It has a very different vibe from other Huazhu hotels I've stayed at before. The main reason is its incredibly convenient location – right on a pedestrian street! You can just head downstairs and explore the Chunxi Road snack street and numerous shopping malls. It's also in Chengdu's most bustling financial district. Getting around is super easy too; the subway station and airport shuttle bus stop are just a two-minute walk away, which is perfect when traveling with kids. The breakfast is really rich and diverse, and my children absolutely loved it. The front desk service was excellent; they even gave my little one a mini panda as a souvenir. The minibar in the room was a pleasant surprise, not only with free drinks but also chips and AD Calcium milk for the kids. Plus, when we checked in, they gave the children a non-heritage lacquer fan to play with. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

Staying at this City Hotel in Chengdu was such a pleasant surprise! The lobby offers a free painted fan DIY activity, and the pink and green color blending is absolutely beautiful. The fans already have Chengdu, 'Encounter', and short phrases printed on them, which is super convenient as you don't have to write anything yourself. The staff are incredibly kind and patiently teach you if you don't know how to do it. You can take the finished fan with you as a souvenir, which is so much more meaningful than buying something from outside. It's a perfect way to pass the time when you're free, and it definitely boosted my overall stay experience!

We chose this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu, and everyone was very satisfied. The location is definitely the biggest highlight – it's just a few minutes' walk to IFS Taikoo Li and very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The room was clean and spacious; the family room we booked had a great layout, and the bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-separated. Housekeeping was prompt every day, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options.

I stayed at the Chunxi Road City Hotel for two nights and everything was impeccable, definitely a five-star experience. The hotel's prime location on Chunxi Road is fantastic – the subway, delicious food, and shopping areas are all within easy reach, saving a lot of travel time. The hotel decor is simple yet elegant, and the room facilities are new and complete. The cleanliness is excellent, with every corner and the bathroom sparkling. The soundproofing in the room is also very good; it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The bedding offers great support, allowing for a restful sleep after a tiring journey. The front desk service was professional and friendly, always ready to assist. Whether for a vacation or a short stay, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!
