Good Check in Service and welcome refreshing drinks. Room is clean and breakfast and view is superb! Attached to Beachwalk Mall, good for shopping and eating! Wanna surfing, just cross the road to opposite! Wanna buy local products, the surrounding got lots of shops! Will come back again!

My wife and I had one of the most amazing stays at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who always greeted us with genuine smiles. The (upgraded) room was fantastic—comfortable, well-prepared, and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team, who did an incredible job decorating our room. It was such a lovely surprise and made my wife really happy. They also went the extra mile by providing a luggage rack and even arranging a clothes rack for items we had drying on the balcony—such thoughtful touches really made a difference. We also want to thank the front desk staff on the night of 8th May, who kindly arranged a breakfast box for us. This completely solved our breakfast headache on 9th May, as we had to leave early in the morning for a day trip before breakfast service started. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get their name, but their initiative and helpfulness were truly appreciated. On our last day, we experienced a small issue during breakfast, but the team handled it extremely well. Their professionalism and service recovery were impressive—kudos to the breakfast team. Overall, the service throughout our stay was outstanding, and we truly felt well taken care of. We will definitely return when we visit Bali again next year. Highly recommended!

This is a really fantastic hotel, when I traveled in Bali. I lived by myself, and the services are quite warm. I spent two days here, It is quite near to the Kuta Beach, and I went to the surfing school, it's quite convenient. I also experienced the restaurant and the roof bar top in the hotel.And the spa was also fantastic. I took many beautiful photos by a professional photographer at this hotel. it was really a nice memory. would come here again.

Clean and comfy! Great location. Near shopping mall and beach. All the staffs are very accommodating , smiling and greeting at you every time especially Weinton at front desk. Had a great stay at Sheraton.
