Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort

The service was exceptional, and every staff member was warm and friendly. Knowing we had a grown child, they suggested we pay an extra 1,500 THB per day to upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite. All three of us slept extremely comfortably. The room facilities were great, and there was even a small plunge pool, making our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was also rich and varied; over two days, most dishes didn't repeat, with a wide selection of fruits and drinks. It would be even better if there were a few more options of pickles for the congee. Overall, easily a near-perfect score!

Although the surroundings aren't bustling, it's very quiet and there's a shuttle bus service. The beach is right across from the lobby. The sand isn't fine, but the kids had a great time crabbing and could spend ages just watching the little fish.

Quite good! The hotel's pool is absolutely beautiful. The pool and the beach are just across the road, and the side closer to the sea is perfect for photos. Plus, this section of the beach is exclusive to the Hyatt, so it's not crowded at all, which is lovely. If you bring goggles and snorkel, you can even see lots of fish and coral! The hotel facilities are also excellent. The only minor drawback is that the toilet and bathroom are a bit small.

The room was satisfactory, and the service was good. The front desk offered cash exchange and change, which was cheaper than at the airport. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, I'm satisfied. The only downside is that it's a bit far from other places, and there isn't a 7-Eleven nearby.

The room was fantastic, and the activities provided by the hotel were also wonderful. We did a night coral exploration and saw a lot of beautiful marine life. The ocean view room had a gorgeous view, and the complimentary cocktails were delicious too.

Facilities: The hotel's infinity pool is excellent with beautiful views. The sunset at CASA BOHO restaurant is absolutely stunning, but you can't see the sun completely set as the mountains block it. If you want to see the full sunset, you'll need to go to Patong Beach, Kata Beach, or Karon Beach. The service and dishes at the sunset restaurant are very refined and fresh, and relatively cheaper compared to Western restaurants in China. Cleanliness: The room hygiene is very good. It's cleaned very thoroughly every day. They emphasize environmental protection here, so if you want your sheets, duvet covers, and towels changed daily, you need to specifically inform the front desk! Otherwise, they might not be replaced daily; they'll still dry and fold them for you. Service: Hyatt's service is very attentive. You basically never need to carry your own luggage; they'll always help you move it. Because the hotel is built on a hill, you need to take an electric buggy to get to various locations (restaurants, rooms, spa, pool, lobby). The buggies are on-call and arrive quickly, which is a great experience. Environment: The hotel also has a semi-private sunset beach area, located just across the road from the hotel facing the sea. At low tide, around 3-4 PM, you'll see many small fish, shrimp, and crabs in the shallows. There's a specially constructed path in the sea built by the hotel, perfect for taking photos and enjoying the scenery. You are not allowed to pick up or harm any marine animals; it's illegal in Thailand! Just quietly take photos and observe. You'll see small mantis shrimp, starfish, sea cucumbers, and various other fish! It's wonderful!
