Yu Kiroro, Ski-in Ski-out Luxury Residences

Great location. Service is good. We cooked some meals in our room, the cleaners came and cleaned the utensils. Turned out everything was still oily, dont know if they actually did clean it. I was very annoyed that the sukiyaki set we ordered from the hotel didnt include raw eggs (extra 160 yen if you want), the picture on the menu has raw eggs on it tho. Doesnt sukiyaki usually come with raw eggs?

An excellent hotel, easily the best family room I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, though the breakfast could offer a wider variety.

The place is amazing, every dish is delicious, the staff are friendly, cheerful, and international, the onsen is high quality both indoor and outdoor, and the night skiing is absolutely beautiful.

The service provided did not match with the overall extravagance portrayed by the hotel. For examples - had arranged gear delivery to hotel, i needed to request multiple times to the front desk to deliver it to my room when i checked in - needed to remind the housekeeping for multiple times if you would like to get some supply or amenities - housekeeping often forgot to empty one or two of your bins

Very clean and tastefully designed resort hotel. Room is very clean, very spacious, comfortable yet cozy. The washing machine (with washing powder provided) in room was a plus point for travelling. Hotel staff comes from an international background and speak very good English. The restaurant at the hotel serves surprisingly inexpensive food which is tasty, generous in portion and fresh. Hotel has several activities for the young and old throughout the day, even in summer. Will return and stay a couple more days to enjoy the activities.
