Great location. Service is good. We cooked some meals in our room, the cleaners came and cleaned the utensils. Turned out everything was still oily, dont know if they actually did clean it. I was very annoyed that the sukiyaki set we ordered from the hotel didnt include raw eggs (extra 160 yen if you want), the picture on the menu has raw eggs on it tho. Doesnt sukiyaki usually come with raw eggs?

Yukiroro is conveniently located between two Club Med resorts. We came in April for skiing, and while it's been sunny with no new snow, the snow is a bit slushy at this time of year. The hotel itself is large and quite new, and it even has a washing machine, which is great for families. It's a very chill and relaxed place, and the restaurant service is excellent. I especially loved that breakfast goes until 11 am! Highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

Great hotel, such a nice room. Very convenient for skiing. Cozy lounge, great dinner with a very wide menu. They let us book a private onsen outside of usual hours, which we really appreciated.
