Very welcoming in the drop off point, receptionist. Daily WhatsApp follow up stay comfort / needs Very Helpful for my urgent dress pressing to attend event . Can truly feel the bedsheets , towels, bathrobes , the floors , glass , kettles are very clean , makes me feel like home . The common lounge area is cozy & the wifi speed is really great The gym room equipment is very clean & new The improvements only for the drop off point lobby sofa area, the aircond temperature is too warm Hot for waiting grab at the sofa area Nearby area is good for morning & evening walk along Singapore river Overall very comfortable & very nice to stay .

Very good service and all of the staff was nice and helpfull. It was so surprisingly that they have a sweet for us for our anniversary. The room is so small than other intercontinental hotel.

Great location! I love to walk along the river. The facility is nice and new. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is smaller than I imaged but I would stay here again!
