Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel

We were double-charged. Supervisor wasn’t available when I called to receive a refund. I had to call corporate just to get the refund.

2nd time staying here and we loved it! Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean, plenty to do. Pool was open! 10/10!!

We have been here before while in the area 12 years ago and still had the same level of service this past weekend. Great attention to detail with rooms and the bar is always a nice bonus. Of course lower drink prices would always be appreciated for guests 😬 However the staff makes it worth it!

I attempted to pay for valet and desired it. After I was ignored , had to drive my car to entrance , get my belongings out, ask for a cart, load my own items up, bring it my room , and for the valet guy to ask me to bring cart down . I immediately wanted it off my tab. This individual ignored me and serviced everyone around me. They only had one valet guy for this establishment which is another negative .

A/c needed some work...not cooling very well. They brought a noisy, loud box fan. The view from our room was only the top half of the window. Not the best stay we've had there.

Staff was wonderful, room was clean, but not particularly soundproof. Lots of noise from other guests in the hall all hours of the night, and lots of traffic noise even though we were on the 10th floor. In room coffee was undrinkable, and breakfast bar coffee wasn't any better.

Everything was magn̈ificent, the food was very nice. The room was spotless ànd my wheelchair ramp was left on the plane. He never complained about helping me. They called 911 to help me into bed. Boy those Louisiana guys are gorgeous. Lol
