The Saga Hotel Hoi An

Family trip to Da Nang, Vietnam. We made so many happy memories in Da Nang, and we loved the hotel even more, especially because the swimming pool is so pretty!!!!!!

The environment here is fantastic, especially the pool – it's really clean and beautiful. When it got too hot in the afternoon, we just relaxed by the pool. It's conveniently located right next to the bar, so you can order drinks directly. The breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are large and clean. They even upgraded our room when we checked in! The breakfasts are good and offer a wide variety. There's a lot of greenery on the property, which adds to the ambiance.

We used this hotel for a family trip. It was a cozy place, and even though it faced the road, once you stepped inside, there was a beautiful pool in the courtyard surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean, and there were power outlets everywhere, which was very convenient. The only downside was the weak water pressure in the shower. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and everything we ate was delicious; we were very satisfied. The staff were all very hospitable, smiling kindly whenever our eyes met. What stood out was the exceptional service from a man at the front desk, perhaps the chief? I didn't get a good look at his name tag, but I think it was HEN or HEU. On that day, our chartered driver couldn't speak English, and when he was picking us up, we were communicating via a translation app in front of the hotel. He immediately noticed and came out to mediate for us. He was incredibly reliable and wonderful! If I have any friends going to Hoi An, I will definitely recommend this hotel. It was a lovely stay. Guys, you're amazing! The breakfasts are superb, and the 2.40m wide bed is a huge plus for a family with one child! We slept wonderfully. The room was a bit dirty upon arrival, but when we informed reception, everything was cleaned in 5 minutes. The pool and location are simply super! We will definitely come back again 🥰🥰🥰

The location is decent. It's a 15-minute walk to Hoi An Ancient Town, or a 5-minute drive. There's a small clubhouse with a pool and gym, and breakfast is plentiful. The surrounding area only has regular local eateries; you'll need to go into the Ancient Town to find authentic restaurants.

This is an excellent resort hotel with a beautiful, comfortable, and quiet environment, far from the hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing directions and introducing nearby activities, and are very responsive on communication apps when you need assistance. The only downside is the limited food options nearby, but the shuttle service to the night market area is very convenient.
