The Saga Hotel — a little gem in Hoi An It is with immense pleasure that I write this review, as my stay at The Saga Hotel left me with only bright and joyful memories. It was a trip where every detail came together to form a perfect mosaic. From the very first moments, we were enveloped in incredible hospitality. The staff truly are the heart of the hotel. They are welcoming, genuine, and warm people, ready to help with any request. Their smiles set the tone for our entire day. The breakfasts deserve special praise. Each morning began with a culinary delight: fresh, delicious, and made with soul. A true ritual that energized us and put us in a wonderful mood. The hotel's location is simply a gift for travelers. It's just a stone's throw from the ancient center of Hoi An, and at the same time, you're two steps away from the bustling road leading to Da Nang. Around the hotel, you'll find cozy cafes, shops, and most importantly, tailor shops where clothes and shoes are made. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail. After a hot day, it was incredibly pleasant to dive into the crystal-clear waters of the pool. And the final touch of our stay was a gesture that's worth a lot – a complimentary transfer to the airport. It was a small but significant display of care that erased any boundaries between guest and dear friend. Everything was simply superb. Perfect. We left with a slight sadness, but with a strong desire to definitely return to this haven of tranquility one day. Thank you, The Saga!

The front desk staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and thoughtful, offering excellent service. The views from the hotel were lovely and very relaxing. They even upgraded our room for free! Plus, the breakfast spread was diverse and healthy. Although the hotel isn't in the city center, it's actually quite convenient as you can book a shuttle 30 minutes in advance to get to the beach or the old town. Definitely recommended!

Came here for a family trip and the accommodation is so clean and the facilities are great! My mom was very satisfied too. They also have a shuttle service to the Old Town and An Bang Beach, which is a nice touch. I would definitely revisit 100%!

Excellent hotel! I loved everything from the room and breakfast to the pool and massage. The massage was a special treat. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and delicious food 🔥

Our original travel plans were canceled due to a typhoon, but we rerouted to Da Nang to continue our trip. Initially, the hotel staff thought we wouldn't show up because of the typhoon and had given our room to another guest. However, they handled the situation to our satisfaction afterward. The only downside was that since our original room category was sold, they gave us a lower-grade room. They did offer us some free credit to order food at the restaurant, but it was quite annoying to find out that a service charge was applied to these 'compensation' meals. Nevertheless, the room facilities and restaurant were both quite good!

An incredibly beautiful hotel, and the shuttle service is super convenient. The staff are really nice too! Highly recommend!
