Everything great, location, service, amenities, cleanness, restaurant, etc.. Two bad spots.... one is the mosquitoes due the very green inside the property and the other is that our room, despite very clean, needs to be renovated.....

Best location in the heart of Kuta yet when you go into the hotel it’s like walking into a sanctuary. I love having breakfast enjoying a bit of a seaview, and just across the street you street you are at the beach. Totally recommend this hotel

Great service hotel with the garden scenery. Staff is very helpfull. Breakfast menu is variant and taste is very good. We could see kuta sea beach while enjoying breakfast. Location is very strategist, in front of kuta beach and next to beachwalk hotel. Recomended for family vacation.

Incredibly worst experience ever. The room was not prepared on time, we waited extra hour to wait for the room. When it was ready, the reception lady was very rude, was not even willing to tell me what was our room number, just tell us to follow another male staff. The room is tiny, very bad design of washroom with shower water easily goes out to toilette bowl area. Impossible to dry it with our available towel (which is not supposed to clean the floor) The whole night we could not sleep with the smelling washroom. The balcony has a cushion level up which makes the guard very low, not kids friendly and can be very dangerous. The hotel is just next to the beach, good and bad, conviennent to the popular area but it was very noisy in the night, could hear the motorbike running in the street. We booked for 2 nights, but could not stand the room thus we checked out after the first night. The hotel staff did not bother to ask us why we wanted to check out in avance, instead they asked us to sign a paper to declare not to ask for refund from trip.com which I did not intend to do. This escalated to a point that I could not accept whereby I did not intend but they tried to push out the responsibility.
