The location is great, about 1.2 km from Khao San Road and 4 km from the city center, and the price is quite attractive. There are a lot of foreigners, but the breakfast has good Chinese options too. Try to ask the front desk for a room near the pool, otherwise, it can be quite noisy facing the street. If you're traveling with a baby, taxis can be expensive, so I recommend renting a motorbike once you arrive.

I stayed at Pranakorn Heritage Hotel on my departure from Bangkok, and I can honestly say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Bangkok so far. The room was excellent – very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything felt high quality and well maintained. After a long trip, it was exactly what I needed. The hotel also has a great swimming pool with a pool bar, which adds a really nice touch to the whole experience. It’s perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Breakfast was fantastic – a buffet with a wide and diverse selection of food. Plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone. The location is another big advantage. The hotel is close to all the main attractions and city highlights, making it very convenient to explore Bangkok while still enjoying a calm and comfortable stay. But what truly made the difference was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I only have the best things to say about this hotel. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

This is a very good experience. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are very new, and the service is very good. The clerks were very friendly and enthusiastic, especially the girl who helped me check in. We arrived at the hotel at noon, and she also helped us check in in advance. In addition, the room type is different, and she comes up to adjust it for us. I was deeply impressed by her kindness, but I didn't see her on the day I checked out on February 15. Second stay in two years, and it's the best option in the area. Last time I stayed in a junior suite in the back building, which was spacious and quiet. This time, I was in the front building facing the street, and the room was smaller with occasional noise from modified car exhausts and traffic. The breakfast buffet has limited options but is enough to fill you up.

I'd highly recommend this hotel for business trips, but less so for leisure travel, as the surrounding amenities aren't very convenient. The front desk service was good, especially the young man with glasses. He tried his best to accommodate reasonable requests. The room size was adequate. If you're booking, definitely get a room with a window, as some rooms don't have one.

Nice and clean hotel. On one day there was an event for children that was cute, but very noisy. Because of this we didn’t enjoy the pool as much. The rooms are basic but have everything you need.
