Pranakorn Heritage Hotel

Very nice small hotel. Everyone is friendly, it's modern and clean. A few more hangers or shelves for clothes would be nice, but that's generally rare in Thailand. We would book it again anytime.

Very welcoming hotel in a good location, close to several lovely bars and restaurants for evening meals and drinks, and about a 20-minute walk from Khao San Road. The staff were very kind and helpful. The bathroom had a spacious and functional shower, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was adjustable and not bothersome. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice. I would only improve the sweet options at breakfast by offering more choices.

Good room, fast internet, everything was great. The cleanliness was a bit of a letdown, but that's a common issue in hotels throughout Thailand. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

I rebooked a room facing the street, and it was a bit noisy, but luckily I brought earplugs. The hotel thoughtfully provided a small gift and a handwritten note, which was a lovely touch. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. The room was clean and hygienic, and the pool was also well-maintained. We experienced traveling by boat, bus, and subway from the hotel, making getting around super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again.

Not as clean as I imagined, and the service quality varied; some staff weren't very friendly. However, they were very prompt in resolving issues. There's no subway station nearby, but taxis are quite convenient. Rooms facing the street can be very noisy.

Overall, my experience was pretty good, and the staff provided excellent service. The only minor drawback was the breakfast area, which is a semi-outdoor space with no air conditioning. Replenishing items at the buffet was often a bit slow, but the staff were always very friendly!

Great! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Old City. The breakfast place across the street is also really good; I heard it's a branch of Xing Tai Ji. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel staff are also excellent! 👍🏼
