The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. They offer fresh fruit daily, and the rooms are very spacious and come with a humidifier. The breakfast spread is fantastic and highly recommended.

Facilities: Modern Cleanliness: Spotless Ambiance: Beautiful Service: Absolutely outstanding! I must give a special shout-out to the staff member who was incredibly warm and professional. There's a subway entrance downstairs, and it's within walking distance of Wuyi Square, Shanxi Restaurant, and Liuxiang.

I highly recommend this hotel. Before checking in, I was worried the decor might be dated, especially with the Chinese-style design, but it wasn't old at all. The breakfast selection was rich and offered many local specialties, such as peanuts soaked in vinegar, pickled ginger, goji berries, 'tóu nǎo' (a local breakfast soup), knife-cut noodles, and lamb shaomai. The front desk, restaurant, and gym staff were all warm and welcoming, and the concierge consistently helped with luggage delivery to the room. The room amenities were plentiful; the toiletries were from Herborist, and in addition to the standard items, there were also disposable face towels, wet toilet paper, and shoe-wiping tissues specifically for sneakers and leather shoes. With six bottles of water in the room, it perfectly met the needs of our family of three. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for getting around, being close to the subway. You can also access Yingze Park directly from a special entrance downstairs using your room key card. We also enjoyed complimentary soft drinks from the minibar and welcome fruit.

A family of four stayed here. The kids absolutely loved the pool, which had safety features. The breakfast had a great variety, a good mix of Chinese and Western options. The room even had special bathrobes, slippers, and dental kits for children. The location is also fantastic, just over 800 meters walk from the Bell Tower. Exceeded our expectations!

The room is well-equipped, and the shower has great water pressure with no drainage issues, which is excellent. I also really appreciate the weighing scale to keep track of my weight 😄. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options. When I injured my foot, they promptly provided iodine and band-aids, showing their excellent service. Highly recommended! 👍

The bed was super comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and responsive, especially Ethan. Breakfast was decent. There were a lot of kids having lessons in the pool, so it was a bit noisy when we went in the evening. Overall, a five-star experience!

Environment: The location was excellent, close to the lake and near a subway station. Plus, the lake view from the room was stunning. Service: The hotel's service was also very thoughtful; the staff were attentive and polite, much better than another hotel I stayed at in Taiyuan. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Taiyuan.
