The hotel rooms are more spacious than average, which enhances the guest experience.
It's a shame that the rooftop bar and club are underutilized. Despite having a panoramic balcony, there are hardly any guests. It's a wasted opportunity not to develop and promote it better.
The rooms were pleasantly dark and had blackout curtains, which was great for sleeping. Unfortunately, the curtain came down several times during our stay. The washcloth was also not replaced, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted by guests, which made the control panel feel a bit unnecessary.
The towels felt somewhat worn and were not as soft or fluffy as expected. The coffee machine was also quite disappointing; a simple Nespresso machine would have worked much better.
On the positive side, it was nice that water and coffee were replenished every day, and the massage was very good.
Unfortunately, some of the staff did not speak enough English to understand requests properly, and we had to wait around 50 minutes for a requested bathrobe.
Overall, it was a good experience, but there were too many small issues for us to rate it as excellent
Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel
