Silverbow Inn & Suites

Not having an elevator made it difficult for me (age 81) and my husband (age 83). A staff member helped us with our luggage at check-in, but we were on our own when picked up at 5:50AM for our ride to the airport.

The staff is amazing, so helpful! Location outstanding, right downtown with great restaurants nearby. A resident porcupine walks down the sidewalk out front. We enjoyed the good breakfast and hot tub. Because of the downtown location, it can get noisy early in the morning. It is a refurbished older building, they did a remarkable job updating. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep, a concern for older customers or anyone with a disability.

The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay.

Wonderful stay. Heather and Tina were awesome with lots of good recommendations. Breakfast was great.

Flight plans required us to leave before breakfast; the inn packed an unbelievably great box breakfast for us to take with us. The room was a tad tight but extremely well planned, with bedside reading lights and loads of wall pegs for clothes. The pillows, sadly, were not very comfortable...but overall this was a great place (and the In Bocca do Lupo was fantastic)

I loved how creative and inclusive everything was!

Check in was a nightmare, at 5pm, the check in desk wasn't staffed, and door was locked. , I called the main number, was put on hold, then hung up on. Called again, was finally given a door code. No evident elevator, which meant lugging heavy bags up and down a flight of a steep, and very narrow staircase. Room was very small, and spartan. Not worth the price.

Efficient, well run, perfectly situated property with great staff.
