I had an absolutely wonderful stay at K·SPACE Hotel! The location is unbeatable – right on Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and next to the Dafo Ancient Temple, putting you right in the middle of Guangzhou’s best shopping, dining, and nightlife. Everything you need is just steps away.
The hotel itself is stylish and newly renovated with a gorgeous Song Dynasty-inspired design. My room was immaculate, well-equipped with smart features (Tmall Genie, smart toilet, Dyson-style hairdryer), and the zero-pressure bed gave me the best sleep in ages.
What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service from the front desk team. Xiao Z (小Z) went above and beyond to help me with local restaurant recommendations and even arranged a late check-out when I needed it. ST was equally amazing – warm, professional, and incredibly efficient, making check-in a breeze and always greeting me with a genuine smile whenever I passed by. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest, not just a room number.
The free Wi-Fi was fast, the mini-fridge had complimentary drinks, and amenities like the fitness center, tea room, and laundry were all top-notch. With great value for money and a 9.5/10 guest rating, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.
