Beautiful compound. Excellent service. Provided afternoon tea and desserts. Great location away from the busy city, but near key attractions.

Super clean and spacious room, hotel people were also super nice, really recommend it!

I arrived at 2:15 PM, after having already informed the hotel that I would check in at the official check-in time of 2:00 PM. However, after waiting for about 15 minutes, I was repeatedly told that the room was still being cleaned. In the end, we had to wait in the hotel garden for almost two hours. I have traveled to more than 40 countries, and honestly, this was the first time I had experienced such a situation. I was quite surprised by the lack of organization and communication. There is one woman at the hotel who speaks English, and she was truly the hardest-working person there. She was the only one who took care of us attentively and tried her best to help us throughout the situation. I really appreciated her kindness. However, when we finally checked in, the overall communication among the staff was extremely poor. There seemed to be a lot of confusion, and they did not even seem to know how long we were staying. There was also confusion regarding the afternoon tea, the photo session, and several other details. For foreign travelers or people on a short trip, I would not recommend staying here. When you only have two days, losing almost two hours of valuable daytime because of a delayed check-in is a significant inconvenience.
