Ping Pura Riverside Resort and Spa, Chiang Mai

This is a new hotel, and my stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was quite spacious. A major plus was the front desk staff member who spoke Chinese; she was fantastic and very considerate. My friend was experiencing period pain, and she helped us arrange a hotel car to take her to buy medicine. She also patiently explained all the important details in Chinese during check-in. The bartender by the pool also provided excellent service, as did the rest of the front desk team. In short, all the staff members genuinely put their hearts into their service! Although it's a bit far from the city center, the hotel's food was exceptionally good – much better and more hygienic than many popular influencer restaurants. My experience at Akyra Manor Chiang Mai on the first night was just so-so. When you're on vacation, you really want to stay somewhere comfortable, and this hotel delivered. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai!

The facilities are complete and the design is stylish. I was very satisfied with the bedding and service. Although it's a bit far from the city center, Grab taxis are convenient. It's suitable for families with children and for a relaxing vacation. The cooking lesson experience was particularly excellent. A great hotel!

The hotel is new with a fantastic ambiance. There's a young man who speaks Chinese, which was a nice touch. I'd recommend staying here on the last day of your trip, as it's not far from the airport and offers free airport drop-off service. However, it is a bit far from the old city. The pool is amazing, and the sunset views are absolutely stunning. The restaurant staff are also very friendly and professional, especially a tall young man with braces who was incredibly enthusiastic. The room decor is cozy, and the complimentary longans were super sweet.

My experience at The Pingplalee Riverside Resort in Chiang Mai far exceeded my expectations! The European-style architecture is elegant and beautiful, and the riverside location offers stunning views of the Mae Ping River. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The staff are warm, attentive, and provide meticulous service. The comfort level of our stay was perfect, and the pool and garden environment were delightful. It's an excellent choice for a holiday stay in Chiang Mai.

Aside from the slightly inconvenient location, everything else was excellent, especially the service – it was top-notch!

My flight was delayed by 50 minutes, and then I had trouble with customs. But as soon as I landed, I saw the driver still waiting for me with a sign, and all my fatigue just melted away. The hotel service was exceptionally good, almost to the point of being excessive! The complimentary spa and drinks were also very thoughtfully arranged. The staff genuinely put a lot of effort into their work. Overall, a great experience.
