The room is stunning, and the hotel grounds are extremely photogenic as well. The spa is wonderfully relaxing and definitely worth trying. However, the lawn was much smaller than I expected—just a tiny patch. While the garden is great for taking photos, for such an expensive hotel, the service left much to be desired. We were running a bit late for check-out by less than an hour, and they called us three times within 20 minutes to rush us, even coming directly to our door to kick us out. Frankly, this kind of service is quite speechless.

The hotel has a nice and beautiful exterior, but the location is quite remote. It takes over 20 minutes by taxi to get to the Old City or Chiang Mai University. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, making it very convenient to grab essentials. The airport transfer service was great, utilizing a domestic Denza D9.

The hotel itself is quite beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The location is not so convenient, but not too bad to get a taxi to city area during day time. It is located near a river, a bit noisy at night due to the traffic across the river. As a resort, it is not big, and the facilities are quite limited. We tried the cooking class, which is amazing, so highly recommended to book this. The SPA is average, and the booking is not very smooth; look like the staff wanted to finish earlier so purposefully pushed us to book earlier slots. Overall our stay there is good, however due to the high price we paid, we would expect more. The staff are super friendly, but definitely they need more training to be moreprofessional to reach 5 star hotel standards.

Delicious, beautiful, and super chill – Pingpura was hands down my favorite hotel during this Chiang Mai trip! The staff were incredibly warm and patient, and the massage was so comfortable; even the complimentary 30-minute one was done with such dedication. That's why, even with a flight to catch, I made sure to get a full hour-long massage at the hotel before leaving! The hotel restaurant served excellent food at a very reasonable price. The complimentary special drink was also really tasty~ I didn't even get a chance to properly enjoy the complimentary rambutans from the hotel! Guess I'll have to leave that as a little regret and stay at Pingpura again next time I'm in Chiang Mai~

Beautiful hotel with excellent service! Every experience, from check-in to check-out, was superb. The hotel's cooking experience was so much fun, especially with the manager acting as translator! The hotel's pick-up service was excellent. As soon as I landed, I saw someone holding a sign waiting for me. Breakfast was a combination of à la carte and buffet, and it's rare to find a hotel these days that can serve latte art instead of just machine coffee in the morning!
