Ping Pura Riverside Resort and Spa, Chiang Mai

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a classic decor. They provided fresh fruit and a well-stocked mini-fridge daily, which was refilled consistently. Breakfast was à la carte but had a great variety. Turndown service every night included a lovely incense scent, and the lobby also smelled wonderful! If there's any downside, it's that it's a bit far from the attractions, and getting a ride-sharing car was a bit of a hassle. The hotel can arrange a taxi, but it's pricier. The hotel's exterior environment is nice, but the garden isn't very big. The driver who picked us up spoke Chinese and was actively trying to learn more, providing excellent service 👍

Service: Pretty good, restaurant service was better than the front desk service. Environment: Very nice, a bit far from the city center, but suitable for a vacation. Cleanliness: Excellent. Facilities: The rooms were great, all facilities were new, the spa was incredibly comfortable, I fell asleep right away.

The environment was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the Chinese-speaking staff were particularly helpful. The hotel thoughtfully arranged shuttle service, and each person received a complimentary 30-minute massage with excellent technique. The Christmas dinner was also very enjoyable.

In summary, it was excellent quality, incredibly romantic, and so relaxing!!! Because it's a super new hotel, I hesitated to book it for a long time, but it was definitely the right decision!!! It was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel is situated on the riverbank, surrounded by greenery and water views. Stepping into the lobby, you immediately feel the tranquil and relaxing resort atmosphere. Initially, I thought it would be a bit far, but after two days, it was fine. It's a 20-minute walk to the airport and the old city. The hotel offers free airport shuttle service; a guy was waiting for us at the airport, but remember to book in advance. The room was even bigger than I expected!!! The balcony offered a river view, and the decor was a blend of European and Thai elements. I really liked it. It's very photogenic; every shot is beautiful. The grounds are full of flowers and greenery. Taking a morning walk and then relaxing by the pool was so relaxing! The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, offering not only Western and Thai dishes but also local specialties. The presentation was very thoughtful. If you don't mind the sun, you can dine by the river – the atmosphere is amazing! The service was gentle and attentive; every staff member was exceptionally friendly. One of the staff members, a young man who spoke Chinese, was very welcoming and made communication easy, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. This is the first time I've written such a long review in a long time. Overall, I highly recommend it; you should try it.

The environment and service were excellent. It was perfect except for being a bit noisy at night. I highly recommend their spa, it's really, really great.
