Ping Pura Riverside Resort and Spa, Chiang Mai

Delicious, beautiful, and super chill – Pingpura was hands down my favorite hotel during this Chiang Mai trip! The staff were incredibly warm and patient, and the massage was so comfortable; even the complimentary 30-minute one was done with such dedication. That's why, even with a flight to catch, I made sure to get a full hour-long massage at the hotel before leaving! The hotel restaurant served excellent food at a very reasonable price. The complimentary special drink was also really tasty~ I didn't even get a chance to properly enjoy the complimentary rambutans from the hotel! Guess I'll have to leave that as a little regret and stay at Pingpura again next time I'm in Chiang Mai~

Beautiful hotel with excellent service! Every experience, from check-in to check-out, was superb. The hotel's cooking experience was so much fun, especially with the manager acting as translator! The chef's uniform was super stylish, and the spa was incredibly relaxing. The driver's playlist was also fantastic, and the food was delicious!

European-style decor, but it is a bit out of the way. The 7-Eleven next door has also been demolished. I had dinner at the hotel, and there was a good variety of dishes, and they were all quite tasty. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel's pick-up service was excellent. As soon as I landed, I saw someone holding a sign waiting for me. At first, I was a little worried about safety, but once I confirmed the license plate information, all my concerns vanished. The hotel staff were all warm and attentive, and the environment was beautiful – you could take great photos anywhere. Breakfast was a combination of à la carte and buffet, and it's rare to find a hotel these days that can serve latte art instead of just machine coffee in the morning! Although the location isn't in the city center, it was a very comfortable stay, perfect for a relaxing holiday. I'd definitely want to come back here on my next trip to Chiang Mai!

The room was great, I slept soundly and comfortably. It wasn't crowded with many guests, so it was peaceful. The breakfast was good, the kind that women would probably enjoy. It was comprehensive, but not everything was delicious. The spa was excellent. Beautiful view.

This is a new hotel, and my stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was quite spacious. A major plus was the front desk staff member who spoke Chinese; she was fantastic and very considerate. My friend was experiencing period pain, and she helped us arrange a hotel car to take her to buy medicine. She also patiently explained all the important details in Chinese during check-in. The bartender by the pool also provided excellent service, as did the rest of the front desk team. In short, all the staff members genuinely put their hearts into their service! Although it's a bit far from the city center, the hotel's food was exceptionally good – much better and more hygienic than many popular influencer restaurants. My experience at Akyra Manor Chiang Mai on the first night was just so-so. When you're on vacation, you really want to stay somewhere comfortable, and this hotel delivered. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai!

The facilities are complete and the design is stylish. I was very satisfied with the bedding and service. Although it's a bit far from the city center, Grab taxis are convenient. It's suitable for families with children and for a relaxing vacation. The cooking lesson experience was particularly excellent. A great hotel!

Beautiful and very European in style, though a bit far from the city center and the shopping areas of the old town, which was a little inconvenient. However, the staff were always helpful with calling taxis. It felt somewhat isolated, with a village-like atmosphere nearby. There's a 7-Eleven right at the entrance, and the breakfast was quite good, especially the noodles.
