Pros: The staff were all smiles and had a great attitude, greeting us proactively whenever we met them, which made us feel very welcome. The owner even came out personally to say hello. The room was also quite spacious. Cons: The hotel is located on a small street, a bit far from the main attractions. The facilities are quite basic and dated. All the power outlets on the nightstands are power strips. There was no bottled water provided; instead, we had to use a glass bottle to get water. Regular bottled water in the minibar cost $1 each. The bed linen was quite old, and the quality of the daily toiletries was poor. The à la carte breakfast was also quite simple. The decor felt more like a guesthouse or a farm stay. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall, it wasn't great value for money.

I stayed here on a recommendation from a friend. Despite being right in the middle of Phnom Penh, it's a very calm and peaceful place, and the rooms are lovely. What really stood out was how kind and attentive all the staff were. I'll definitely be back!

This garden-style villa hotel in Phnom Penh is absolutely amazing! Tucked away in a corner of the bustling city, you step through the door into a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush greenery. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust in any corner, making for a truly comfortable stay. The service was incredibly warm and attentive, from handling luggage to offering welcome drinks – they were enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. The kids had a blast in the pool! The restaurant offered delightful culinary surprises; my taste buds were thoroughly conquered. Next time I'm in Phnom Penh, this will definitely be my first choice. It's clean, has excellent service, fantastic food, and a hidden peaceful garden – a rare find!

Hidden away yet still in the city center, it's very quiet, allowing for a great night's rest. The staff are friendly and all speak English.
