Great location, though the room was a bit small. The breakfast was good, and there's a shared kitchen. It's close to the subway, and you can walk to Sinsa-dong. Plenty of dining options nearby too. They promote environmental protection, so it's best to bring your own toiletries.

I stayed at this hotel for a week during my trip to Korea, and overall, it was pretty good. The room had a mini-fridge with plenty of complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including some Korean rice wine with a decent kick! The room itself was quite spacious, and on clear days, you could even see N Seoul Tower from the window.

The room isn't huge, but it's newly renovated and incredibly clean. The best part is the sofa bed, which is perfect for kids – it makes traveling with three people so much more comfortable, ensuring everyone gets a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is located near Sinsa Station, close to a large drug store and Olive Young, and just a stone's throw from the famous plastic surgery street. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and a KFC just 30 meters downstairs, which is super convenient.

Staying at voco Seoul Gangnam was a great experience overall. The hotel has a good location, making it convenient to get around the Gangnam area. The room hygiene was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained and relatively new. The service was prompt and responsive. My accessible deluxe king room was spacious and comfortable, and as a solo traveler, I felt very safe. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next trip to Seoul.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the boulevard, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room size is a bit small, but it's acceptable considering the price. The staff service is good, and they speak English well. However, the cleanliness could be improved; there was a noticeable amount of dust by the bed that hadn't been cleaned. Also, be aware that traffic in the Gangnam area can be heavy during peak hours when arriving and departing, so it's best to leave early.

The room design is incredibly impractical. The bathtub is right by the bed, offering zero privacy for a bath. The sink area isn't separated by a door, so if one person gets up, everyone else wakes up. It's completely not soundproof. The bathroom feels like something from a budget hotel. They call it a suite, but there's no separation; the sofa and bed are in the same space, making it just a larger room. For nearly 3000 yuan a night, I'm utterly disappointed. I've never stayed in such a poorly designed InterContinental brand hotel. The only positives were the free minibar and the Dyson hairdryer. I do not recommend it.

The location is super convenient and excellent! I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Jiangnan. There's even a kind staff member at the front desk who speaks Chinese. Everything was clean, tidy, beautiful, cozy, lovely, and comfortable – just wonderful!

The room isn't huge, and it doesn't face the main road. Each floor even has a separate kitchen, which is pretty convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. It's a safe and well-established neighborhood.
