The Pierside Santa Monica

This hotel is very near Beach Santa Monica (only 3min. to walk). The staffs were very friendly. The shopping mall is also near this hotel. Only the parking is ver expensive (about 70$).

We stayed here last year and really loved it when they gave us a decent room facing the ocean and the park This time round I was watching the street from my room and I paid more with one room a suite Service was poor as I reminded house keeper the soap gel was not working and it wasn’t fixed and got worse My brother got suite and was given a low floor room with terrible access to water And both rooms we paid a lot more then last year Very disappointing this time round

Overpriced rooms, amenities were very basis for the room cost. Location was good for easy beach access

The room was clean, nice and the location was convenient to the pier and many restaurants and shops in the Santa Monica area. However, the hotel charged an additional $45 dollar amenity fee without telling me. This was disappointing considering the very high cost of this hotel and the lack of room amenities. Water isn’t even provided in the room and the in room coffee pot was old and broken. For the price of this hotel, I felt disappointed.
