Woodwards White Mountain Resort, BW Signature Collection

We suppose to drive up from Boston to NH that day, but the weather suddenly turned south. Roads are so foggy and slippery, and also there is winter warning in NH, we have to cancel the trip for safety concerns. We asked the resort to give us a refund due to the weather issues, and they refused to do so. They said they will give us 15percent off for next booking. I will never go to them next time, it’s just a business who doesn’t care about their customers. Ugh

This place had everything… sauna, indoor pool, jacuzzi and amazing breakfast spread. The room was very clean and the staff was super helpful with restaurant recommendations. I would stay here again!

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. It is a nice quiet spot if you just wanna get away. The restaurant next to it has excellent food. The only thing I wish that was different is that I traveled with a toddler who could unlock all the doors. I wish they had a lock above the deadbolt on the main door.

Good location within the white mountains with an indoor pool and small games room. The rooms are both clean and tidy

Sty away from this hotel I booked 3 rooms for three nights to this hotel Garbage breakfast standard garbage fake scrambled eggs waffle same garbage everywhere No hot grits or oatmeal No fresh eggs No fresh fruit Just horrible for the protein ce I paid Rooms not cleaned on time. They were cleaned at 5 pm Never ever go back not even a toothbrush did they give out not even a bottle of water. Service plain and simple s. U. C. K. S

We stayed in the king room with jacuzzi half the jets didnt work in it, the bed was very uncomfortable (i stay in the best western hotels 4 nights per week for my job and have no other issues with the beds in thise hotels) the bed itself was leaning towards the right when i told the front staff about the complaint they said oh thats a new mattress. I woke up more sore than i have in the last few months.

The property was clean, the bedroom, beds, and finishes were updated, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again, and would recommend to others. My only constructive comment is that the desk in the room, was a little small for remote work.
