Koh Rong Hill Beach Resort

Didn't like it, wouldn't recommend. There was only cold water in the room. The water heater wasn't working, we reported it to the reception, and they promised to fix it the next day, but nothing was done. They refused to change our room. The room wasn't cleaned at all. The beach was full of trash. The room itself was okay, with wide beds, but the bathroom was awful – everything was rusty, old, and run-down.

This stay was fantastic, everyone at the hotel was incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived at the dock until we left, there was always someone there to assist us. During check-in, we were offered welcome drinks. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a lovely fragrance, towels folded into a swan shape, and the air conditioning was already on, which was a real relief given the hot weather. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are immaculately clean. However, I'm not sure why the toilet seat didn't quite match the size of the toilet bowl.

The sea by the beach on Koh Rong is beautiful, and the hotel's service and surroundings are also good. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old. But when you're on vacation, it's best to focus on the positives. As for the location, if you want to eat out, you'll have to walk a bit further. The hotel does offer food, and while I won't comment on the price, the quality is just average.

I've said it many times to everyone: this hotel is good for the price. It's beachfront, the beach is clean, and it's quietly located at the edge of the area.

Everything was great, both the beach and the breakfast. The hotel is a bit 'tired' looking, but everything works well, and the room is spacious.
