The room facing the inner garden has a great view. The rooms on the other side facing the highway are quite noisy. I recommend upgrading for an extra $30. The room's decor is high quality, and breakfast is also very good. There's a Z gas station conveniently located nearby.

This is a repeat stay , having stayed one night one week ago after arriving in Auckland . Chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and reasonable price. All necessary amenities are provided although the addition of slippers will be great. I tried the breakfast on my first stay but feel it’s not really worth the price. A 5” walk across the road brings you to many eating options like MacDonalds, KFC and Subway. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Rare nowadays to find hotels with such sprawling grounds that you can take an evening stroll in. My room #419 air con rattles badly throughout the night making restful sleep problematic. Warm cookies on checkin and checkout was greatly appreciated. ( Not sure the cookies on checkout was given after I brought up the aircon noise issue cos it wasn’t given on my previous stay . Front desk staff was apologetic and promised to look into the issue ). Staff were all pleasant and friendly. Overall a nice and attractively priced hotel situated a distance away from the city. Useful for those who need to stay near the airports.

The Hilton Auckland is great! It's clean, the breakfast is delicious 😋, and it's close to both the city center and the airport. We booked a room with two double beds for three of us, and it was perfectly fine for an adult and child to share a bed 👍. The Hilton beds are very comfortable, and the blackout curtains work exceptionally well!

The room was really new, spacious, and clean. Free parking was a bonus. Everything was pretty good overall. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was definitely clean and roomy. The only downside was that some breakfast items were an extra charge. The dining area itself wasn't very big and the selection wasn't extensive. Hot food, in the covered section shown in the picture, was $15 per person, while the items on the surrounding counters were free. So, I'd recommend not booking a room with breakfast included.

This hotel is located in Karaka, a 20-minute drive from Auckland Airport, making it a great stopover for those traveling to Hamilton, Rotorua, or Taupo. As it's a new hotel, the facilities are very new and clean. We booked a room with two 1.5m double beds since we were traveling with children. The breakfast is pretty standard, and you have to pay extra for coffee, eggs Benedict, etc. Disposable slippers are provided, but not toothbrushes or toothpaste. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Auckland. For future travelers, it’s worth noting that the hotel is located slightly far from the CBD, so you'll want to factor in a bit of travel time for city sightseeing. Additionally, the room experienced a bit of noise, but nothing that took away from the overall quality of our stay. Overall, a wonderful, high-quality option in Auckland if you don't mind being just outside the immediate city center. Highly recommended for the comfort alone!
