very very bad place stay (i cannot call this place as "hotel"). we booked a so-called family room but they gave 3 towels even though we were 4. when we asked for the 4th one, they said “you are 3 people.” when I reminded them about the baby, they said “the baby doesn’t need a towel.” how are we supposed to dry the baby after a bath? anyway, they brought it after we insisted. they said “towels change every day, the room is cleaned every 3 days.” they didn’t change the towels for 2 days. when they finally did, they only put 2 towels. we stayed 7 days. our room should have been cleaned twice. when I said the room wasn’t cleaned on the 4th day, they cleaned it on the 5th day. people smoke everywhere, so it’s impossible to air the room. android devices can’t connect to the internet. even though I took 3 different devices to the reception and asked them to check, they said the internet was working because their iphone connected (yes, my own iphone also connected, but androids definitely didn’t. even the receptionist couldn’t connect with those 3 devices). personally, I don’t like entering a dark place. at home, I always leave a light on before I go out so I can see things when I enter. so we left one room key inside on purpose. they took the key card we left in the room. when we asked for a new one, they said we lost it and asked us to pay for it.

Loved the property. Like the face that we had a good kitchen and balcony was a good size. My only negative is that they don’t offer a courteously room for guests that have late flights so we used the shower by the pool. On the whole it was a great place to stay.

Everything was great. The room was in perfect condition and enormous. Everything was clean. Confortable bed. The garden was beautiful and quiet. Two things to improve: Water: when taking a shower, the water takes a long time to heat up and its difficult to regulate the temperature. Or too hot or too cold. Breakfast: maybe a bit more of variety of food in breakfast. We liked this hotel.

Excellent stay I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, providing easy access to the main points of interest. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making my stay even more pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped, ensuring perfectly restful nights. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and impeccable service.

Beautiful apartments in a great location.

Our room - a romantic suite - was more than adequate and spacious. With a great view of Bitez bay from our balcony. The buffet breakfast was varied and ample, from: hot to cold, savoury to sweet. It was 6-8 minute walk to the beach which meant it was a fantastic location too. The staff were attentive and helpful. Thank you all for a lovely stay at the Dorman.

Great place! Clean! You can walk to the beach where there is many restaurants. The breakfast was already very nice!

Our second stay here. We all want different things from a holiday but we came back because this place has everything we want. It’s very efficiently run. Rooms are peaceful and clean. Beds comfortable. Superb showers. Wi-Fi good everywhere. Pool is clean and quiet. There is pleasant music from the bar area but never too loud or intrusive. Free bottled water left every day. Sunbeds always available. Staff pleasant and helpful. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Cats and kittens everywhere which we loved. Saw tortoises too. Breakfast is OK. Similar every day. Very efficient but surprising that it doesn’t open before 08:30. Bitez is a 10 minute walk downhill and there are plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets and places to book trips. Dolmus goes from right outside and is about 50p to Bodrum (need a card to tap). The bar restaurant has a limited menu. Burgers, pizza, toasties plus a few Turkish dishes. Food is fine but very few people seem to eat there and it closes at 8pm! Burger about £11. Pasta about £10. Beer £4. Soft drinks £2.80. Turkey was a lot more expensive this year. A meal by the beach of typical small meze plate starter plus a kebab and couple of drinks was about £40 a head. Probably worked out about the same as an all inclusive overall but we like the freedom. There is a washing machine and dishwasher so would suit a longer stay or working break.
