Bathtub next to shower makes it hard for one person to soak and another to shower at the same time
Besides the amusement park, nothing much in the vicinity of the hotel
I forgot to request room decorations for our anniversary in advance, but fortunately, the staff were kind enough to accommodate my request. They surprised us with simple decorations and a complimentary cake, which made our special day even happier and more memorable. 🥰🎂

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also loved the view! We were lucky enough to enjoy views of the town, the sea, and the surrounding Klebang area. 🌊✨ Lastly, I really loved the breafast options & taste, it was variety and good quality of food 😍
I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. ❤️
The only downside was that the toilet was quite dirty, and we had to ask the housekeeping staff to clean it.
Aisha, the person in charge at the lobby, was very helpful, lovely, and friendly. She also welcomed us with a refreshing drink and a cold towel.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, including Malaysian breakfast dishes, Western options, pastries, and fruits. Loved it!
The parking is ample, the hotel staff are very hospitable and room service are quick. There is a kids club where there are mini indoor playground and video games.
The spa gets book out really fast so remember to make your reservation.
Hotel is very near to Mocity fun park which can be a good late night activity for children
Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The room was not clean, and the toilet floor was covered with shoe stains and had an unpleasant smell. The fan was also very dusty, and there was a lot of dust underneath the bed.
I contacted housekeeping several times, but no one came. They only arrived about 5 hours later, even though my request was simply to change the towels and provide some drinking water.
For the price we paid, I expected much better cleanliness and housekeeping service. I hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and improve the room cleanliness and response time of the housekeeping team.
However, I did notice a small cockroach coming out of the tissue box, which was unpleasant. The shower wasn’t very satisfying as it only had a handheld option without an overhead fixture. The iron could also be replaced, as it was difficult to use, leaked water, and there was no ironing board provided. Lastly, the balcony design felt unsafe for children.
The kids facility is new and enjoyable for all ages.
Breakfast is superb, I wonder why most of the reviews said it was less variety but for me, the breakfast provided is in good quality. Almost all the food served is yummy and tasty.
The view from the room is amazing and it's breezy heaven.
