Ascott M-City Foshan

The room was indeed quite spacious, but it was extremely damp, which was a major drawback. It made me wonder if there was mold, and it certainly wasn't worth the high price. They also require a deposit for check-in, and the smart features are lacking. The washing machine instructions were actually *inside* the washing machine, as if they wanted to make sure guests *couldn't* see them. During certain periods, there was only one person working at the front desk. When checking out, there was no one available. The same person was handling long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and regular hotel guests. What's more, concierge or other staff would walk by and wouldn't offer to help. Guests were left to just wait. Are we supposed to wait for them to finish signing months-long rental contracts before they can check in or check out regular hotel guests?

The room was spacious and comfortable, and this apartment-style hotel is perfect for family trips. The refrigerator, microwave, and even a washing machine made our stay much more convenient. The staff were very responsive. The location is excellent, with a shopping mall right downstairs. It was about a 15-minute taxi ride to Lingnan Tiandi. They even kindly extended our check-out time until 3 PM. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent! I stayed for several days, and the breakfast was different each day with a wide variety of options and great taste. The front desk staff and the cleaning crew were all fantastic. 👍

I came to Foshan for a concert, and this hotel is just one metro stop away from the Performing Arts Center. Right next to the hotel is Jinhaicheng, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. The front desk gave me a free room upgrade, and the room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The view from the living room was also fantastic.

I was initially worried I wouldn't sleep well on the hotel bed, but after checking in, I found the room's comfort exceeded my expectations. The mattress had just the right firmness to contour to my body, the duvet was a comfortable thickness that didn't make me sweat, and the windows were soundproof, so it was very quiet at night. I slept through the entire night without being disturbed.

I booked a one-bedroom suite and it was really spacious! Very clean and perfect for families. The pool downstairs is large and wasn't crowded at all. The price was great for the May Day holiday too. Highly recommend it to everyone!
