Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

An experience that exceeded our expectations! As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a doorman greeted us, opened the car door, took our luggage, and escorted us all the way to the hotel elevator. When we checked in, the front desk lady was very kind. We originally booked a river view room, which doesn't have a view of Canton Tower, but she told us that since we were staying for three nights, she upgraded us to a tower view room. We were so pleasantly surprised! The next day was my child's birthday, and she said they would send a cake to our room. She also thoughtfully asked about our travel plans, mentioning that we could contact them anytime for any needs and that they could even provide travel tips. The staff's service attitude was truly heartwarming and considerate! 💖 Although the hotel has been open for over a decade, it's very well-maintained. The overall style is understated luxury, without excessive or gaudy decorations; it's simple and clean. I was particularly impressed by the dark green room doors with their smooth, rich finish and excellent texture. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest room offer expansive views, overlooking the entire Canton Tower. The marble bathroom and soft, skin-friendly bedding – you can tell from many small details that the materials used are exquisite and carefully selected. For the birthday, we booked the Prime Steakhouse on the 100th floor. The table was sprinkled with rose petals, and there was even a 'Happy Birthday' letter sign, making it feel very ceremonial. The restaurant also gave us a red velvet cake, and when we left, they gave us shell-shaped cakes. Back in our room, there was yet another red velvet cake from the hotel! Haha, they are truly thoughtful... A big thank you again to the hotel for their thoughtful and meticulous service, which gave us an unforgettable birthday trip! 💐

I really love the Four Seasons. First and foremost, the environment is very quiet and comfortable. The front desk upgraded my room, and I could see the Pearl River night view and Canton Tower – the staff member was so kind and lovely! The room was quite spacious, with two sinks and a pot of phalaenopsis orchids. The bathtub was also very large, making for a wonderfully relaxing bath.

Facilities: Comprehensive and well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless and comfortable. Environment: Beautiful surroundings. Service: Warm and attentive. The lobby staff were warm and attentive, with excellent attention to detail. The surrounding environment is a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and it's convenient for shopping, leisure, and getting around.

Wow, the facilities, equipment, and service were all top-notch, absolutely fantastic. The front desk and guest relations staff were also incredibly nice. Even though the weather wasn't great, the cloud-level views were still pretty good. I'll definitely come back when it's sunny again.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, allowing us to admire the Canton Tower day and night without even leaving the room – truly a stunning ambiance. The hotel's attention to detail showcased its sincerity everywhere. The thoughtful and elegant amenities provided were both comforting and healing, adding a wonderful sense of occasion. I had been concerned that after so many years, the hotel's facilities and services might have declined, but this stay completely dispelled those worries. Everything was still in excellent condition, with no signs of wear and tear, truly maintaining its high quality. I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I requested a late check-out from the front desk, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, successfully extending my check-out time to 3 PM. This gave me plenty of time to rest properly without having to rush my departure. All of the hotel staff were polite, courteous, and responsive, with thoughtful attention to detail evident everywhere. Not only were the facilities well-maintained, but the warm and considerate service was an even bigger plus. Many older luxury hotels see their guest experience decline over the years, but the Four Seasons Guangzhou has consistently maintained its high standards. This stay was overall comfortable and relaxing, making it perfect for both extended stays and short trips. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.
