Room is basic, compact and clean. Water pressure is really good. Excellence location. The trip.com help desk guy is friendly and helpful, need to verify at helpdesk firat and after that to perform self check in using the self check in kiosk.

This hotel is good and very convenient, can easily accessible to the Genting Skytropolice Indoor Theme Park. Highly recommend for travelers who prefer easy and convenient.

Very good, comfortable, quiet, and clean, just a bit on the small side... Overall quite decent. It's much easier to get a room on Mondays and Tuesdays, but it's impossible to book over the weekend (Friday to Sunday).

Triple room, but no toiletries like toothbrushes provided. One of the bed frames was broken, and another had dust mites. Cleanliness and hygiene definitely need improvement.

The bedroom is very small. As soon as you open the door, you see the bathroom and the bed. It’s really only suitable for sleeping, but it’s close to the tourist attractions, right in the tourist area.

This is standard room but enough for me as for business trip. Hotel is nearby all facilities, consider Worth for value.

Location was convenience. The self check-in kiosk was terrible. Need to be improved. We arrived at 2pm. Only managed to check-in at around 6.00pm due to some technical issue when using the kiosk and we need to take queue number for the reservation counter. The hanger was placed outside the bathroom instead of inside or at least a steel rack should be installed inside to put out cloth or towel. Overall is satisfactory.
