The Landmark Bangkok

Hotel is conveniently located just 5 min from BTS Nana. Tourists travelling with luggage can consider taking the elevator at the opposite end of Exit 2 (instead of the stairs on Exit 2 itself which is closest to the hotel). Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is a good spread. However, service can be improved: (1) the staff at the breakfast area could have been more attentive, used plates all over the tables, (2) the kettle in the room kept leaking water (refer to photo), we called front desk and requested for another one on Feb 16, 10pm, the male attendant came and dismissed the problem, left our room within 5 min. We were left with a leaking kettle (which is kinda dangerous). The towel we placed below the kettle is dripping wet at the end of each day due to the leakage.

Location very strategic close to nana station the room is comfort

I have stayed at the Landmark Hotel twice. It is located in at a prime spot with heaps of bars and restaurants nearby. My stay was very comfortable. However, it was quite strange that they charge THB 2,000 per day as security deposit, which you can only pay either by a physical credit card or cash. If you pay by cash it is refunded at check out which is not ideal if you’re leaving the country the same day and are left with a bunch of THB.

The restaurant and the breakfast is something that you simply can’t miss. The steak house located on their top floor is a must go to. I have been there twice and the quality is always always on point. 100% give it a try. Fine dinning on its finest. As for the hotel, clean nice and neat. Close to everything as well. As for parking, be aware if your car is 1.9m tall as your car will definitely scratch
