Jiuzhaigou • Four Seasons Homestay

The hotel service was excellent, and it was very clean. They helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs, and the customer service was extremely attentive and accommodating to our requests. It's also quite close to the gully entrance, with restaurants and breakfast spots right outside the door.

The room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful 👍. Very close to the scenic area, making getting around very convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the main entrance of the scenic area. Highly recommended 👍

I forgot to take pictures of the room this time. **Cons:** I found a moth in the room, and the hotel is about 3 kilometers from the scenic area entrance. During holidays, this stretch of road gets very congested, so it takes at least half an hour to drive. **Pros:** The front desk staff had a great service attitude, and there are some restaurants right around the hotel.

The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The memory foam pillows were just right – not too soft, not too hard, perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, the TV was huge, which was great for watching shows. The owner provided excellent service; they even arranged a taxi for us to the scenic area in the morning. Absolutely fantastic value for money!

The room rates were affordable, and the room itself was clean and tidy with a great ambiance. Even the bathroom was surprisingly clean and spacious, featuring a heated toilet seat and excellent hot water pressure. The two owners provided very attentive service, offering direct pick-up and drop-off to and from the scenic area and the bus station. They proactively called to check on guests' whereabouts to arrange transport in advance. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jiuzhaigou!
