No robots deliver food to your room; you have to go down to the delivery locker at the entrance to pick it up yourself. The locker is right next to the smoking area. No smoking is allowed in the rooms, and it's clearly stated that fines will be issued. This is a great policy, and I didn't notice any smoke smell in the hotel room. The room's layout is well-designed, and the lighting is good too.
