Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped. They provide shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, as well as disposable slippers. Cleanliness: The hygiene is very good. Environment: It was quiet, so we slept well. Service: There's a staffed front desk for guidance.

Fantastic! The front desk staff were polite and spoke English. The hotel room was spacious, especially the bathroom, and there was even a dedicated wardrobe which I really appreciated. The location is also great with lots of delicious food nearby. Highly recommend! (✪▽✪)

I chose Hotel Rian for my solo trip and had an amazing experience! The location is super convenient, close to both Hongdae and Myeongdong. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Even though my English isn't great, the front desk lady was incredibly patient and helpful. I'll definitely choose Hotel Rian again next time!

The room was clean, tidy, and very new. Check-in and check-out were quick and semi-self-service. The toilet and shower were also separated. The location was great too; the airport bus goes directly there, and there's an OY opposite, a coffee shop downstairs, and a McDonald's and convenience store nearby. The only downside is that it's a bit small; if you have more than two large suitcases, it might feel a bit cramped.

Terrible, the cleanliness was just awful. I booked it because it's a Japanese chain, thinking it would be clean in Seoul too.

The location is great, just across the road from where the airport shuttle drops you off. There's a coffee shop downstairs open until midnight, and plenty of places to eat nearby. However, the cleanliness was a bit subpar, especially in the bathroom. It seemed like the floor wasn't cleaned.

This hotel is really great! The location is super convenient. The hotel is very clean and the environment is pleasant. The bathroom is incredibly spacious! The front desk staff, both the guys and the ladies, are very enthusiastic and speak good Chinese. Check-in was a breeze! I really loved this hotel stay.
