Pros: The hotel's location is decent; it's about a 7-8 minute walk to Maya shopping mall, nestled in an alley filled with other hotels. There's a microwave available to heat food. Cons: The 4-star rating is very misleading; it's really more like a 3-star. The facilities are subpar, especially the pillows, which feel lumpy and worn out. The bedding itself is old, looks dirty (as if the stains can no longer be washed out), and frankly, quite unappealing. The service is average, and breakfast is basic. While these issues are somewhat tolerable, the main concern is the cleanliness – it feels like the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned. Also, water isn't unlimited; you only get two small bottles of mineral water per day. It's incredibly noisy, extremely noisy, and I mean, EXTREMELY noisy! There's constant airplane noise, even at 1 or 2 AM, starting up again at 5 or 6 AM. Despite being in an alley, passing cars create a lot of racket. The izakaya next door is loud until midnight, adding to the significant noise pollution. I had a friend who booked this hotel about seven or eight years ago, but now, it feels like everything is outdated and hasn't kept up. It's quite backward. I wouldn't recommend it or book it again.

Very clean. The shampoo was great, with a rice scent. I couldn't find a similar scent at 7-Eleven or Big C; it would be helpful if the hotel could tell me the brand. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting to Nimmanhaemin Road and MAYA. There's local food within 500 meters. I stayed in both the twin room and the king suite. The twin room felt more practical, with a very long desk that was great for organizing things. The suite was larger but had fewer tables. Photo 1 is the suite, and photo 2 is the twin room – both are spacious. The hotel is tucked away off the main road, so it's not noisy from traffic. You can hear planes, but I was so tired I still slept well.

This hotel felt more like a hostel to me. It seems to cater exclusively to Chinese guests, as everyone staying there was domestic. The room facilities were old and worn, and the balcony faced directly onto the parking lot. The soundproofing was poor, and the service was just average. Its only real advantage might be its convenient location. Personally, I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you're on a leisure trip – you'll likely have a bad experience.

This trip was fantastic! The room was really spacious and bright, and the price was incredibly affordable.
