HUALUXE Hotels and Resorts XI'AN TANGHUA

Stayed for two days to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. The weather wasn't on our side due to the rain! However, the Tang Dynasty-inspired architecture, Suzhou-style gardens, and the masterful yin-yang feng shui elements from both north and south were truly exceptional. The understated luxury style was also incredibly elegant. Highly recommend the Black Pearl One-Star Caifeng Chinese Restaurant.

The Tanghua Hualuxe is undoubtedly the pinnacle of accommodation in Xi'an. Designed by academician Zhang Jinqiu, the entire hotel is a Tang-style royal garden art museum. Walking through the connecting corridors and courtyards, with intertwining ponds, flowers, and trees, every corner offers a perfect photo opportunity, making it ideal for Hanfu photography. Its location is superb, nestled in the heart of Qujiang, away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet just steps away from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The guest rooms are spacious, with soft furnishings adorned with Tang-style patterns. The minibar is stocked with local specialty snacks like Fucha, showcasing thoughtful attention to detail. The whole room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom felt luxurious. From the concierge and front desk to housekeeping, the service was professional and attentive, without being overly formal – just the right amount of gracious hospitality, perfectly embodying Hualuxe's Chinese approach to guest service. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western quality, with an abundance of exquisite local Shaanxi snacks. Staying at Tanghua Hualuxe isn't just about booking a hotel; it's about experiencing the complete Chang'an prosperous Tang dynasty. If you're looking for a five-star hotel in Xi'an with history and quality, look no further than Tanghua Hualuxe – it's irreplaceable.

Cherry Blossom Mulberry provided excellent service. The ticket to the Tang Paradise was great. The hygiene was good, the environment was beautiful, and the service was warm and enthusiastic. The hotel's location is excellent, and overall I'm very satisfied. It's a particularly beautiful hotel, I'll definitely come again. Thanks to Cherry Blossom for the satisfying service.

Thanks to the lovely Sakura! The overall architecture is well-designed, and the garden style is great. The hotel rooms are a bit old, and the carpets are a bit dirty and could use a renovation. The peacock interaction was a lot of fun. The location is good, and Sakura's service attitude was excellent. I hope to come back during the off-season!

Absolutely delighted! The ambiance and service were both excellent. The garden views are elegant and grand, and the staff, especially those working with the cherry blossoms, were incredibly enthusiastic. I hope they can add more activities for children in the future, that would make it even better. The entire Tang-style garden is lush with greenery, and the winding corridors connect all parts of the property, so you never have to walk in direct sun, escaping Xi'an's scorching midday heat. The courtyards have trickling water features, and it's so pleasant to relax in the pavilions. You can take stunning ancient-style photos everywhere, and even encounter peacocks strolling around! I'm extremely satisfied! I'll definitely stay here again next time! I also highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Xi'an; it's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda!

Location: Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda at Da Ci'en Temple, and very close to the Grand Tang Mall. Ambiance: The hotel has an ancient charm, with a courtyard featuring small bridges and flowing water, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. Room: The 60-square-meter suite has two TVs and ample space. However, there's only one mirror and the lighting is a bit dim, which is inconvenient for those who like to use mirrors often. Service: The service was excellent. The concierge actively introduced us to local specialties and opened car doors for us. The front desk staff thoroughly explained the package details and answered all our questions. Regarding the Package: I deeply regret canceling the InterContinental 618 package for this one. I booked two rooms for two nights. This package was about 400 RMB more expensive in total. The InterContinental 618 package also included double breakfast, but what attracted me to this Ctrip package was the extra kids' breakfast. My 12-year-old was over the height limit, and I naively thought that two kids' meals would equate to one adult breakfast. It turned out that a kids' meal required an additional 84 RMB to enter, but I could let the kids' meals from the other room go to waste. Compared to the InterContinental package, this package cost an extra 400 RMB to upgrade from a deluxe room to a suite. However, I wasted 84 RMB x 2 rooms x 2 nights = 336 RMB on kids' breakfasts. I suggested at the time that I could just pack a few pastries for the kids' breakfast, but my request was politely declined... In fact, the complimentary coffee and sightseeing bus tickets were also unused. This means that by choosing this package, I only really got value from the room itself, and all other complimentary benefits were wasted. Additionally, perhaps because the package was relatively cheaper, one of the rooms took a long time to check in, only becoming available at 4 PM. This might be because the previous guest was allowed a late check-out, and guests on this particular package had to wait.

This hotel is perfectly located right next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just a 5-minute walk to the scenic area. What's truly remarkable is that despite its bustling location, the hotel's courtyard design creates a serene and private atmosphere. With its picturesque bridges, flowing water, and bamboo groves, you'll wake up to birdsong and enjoy the shimmering lights at night, feeling as if you've been transported back to a Tang Dynasty garden. The check-out experience with Shanzha was excellent, offering top-notch service. It flawlessly balances urban convenience with natural elegance.

My entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and seamless. The staff member, Dier, was patient and attentive, responding promptly to all my daily needs. The overall living experience was great; I could rest more during the day as it was cool indoors, and there were plenty of places to explore outdoors too.
