I visited in early July. I noticed there were a lot of international guests. The place felt very clean. While there seemed to be private onsens available, the main public bath was also quite empty, perhaps because it was a weekday. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of options.

It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get here from Sapporo by car (maybe a bit faster if you take the expressway). There's a dedicated parking lot, but it doesn't have many spaces. The room was very clean and had a separate vanity. There's only a shower in the room, but there's a large public bath on the first floor and a private bath you can use once during your stay. The breakfast had a great variety of dishes and was very satisfying. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Niseko!

This is a diverse hotel where English is the primary language, followed by Japanese. The staff comes from various countries. A big thank you to Cellin from Malaysia for the Chinese service. You can directly access the ski slopes from the second floor after changing into your ski gear. You can even see Mount Yotei from your room. The only downside is that you have to walk a bit to get to the supermarket and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Ki Niseko. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to the slopes, restaurants, and nearby attractions. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly those at the concierge, spa, and restaurant. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The hotel amenities were also very good, with well-maintained facilities that enhanced the overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the dryer, which was not as effective as expected. Aside from that minor issue, everything else exceeded expectations. Overall, Ki Niseko delivers a high-quality stay with outstanding hospitality, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.
